All abortion advocates who profess any allegiance to God should notice Judges 13:5:
“For thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head: for the child shall be a Nazarite unto God from the womb: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines.”
Was Samson more than a mass of fetal tissue when in his mother’s womb? Was he, as the passage says, “a child”? Was he a Nazarite placental mass or a person under a vow to God?
Scriptures and ultrasounds, logic and biology all identify the pre-born as living. How absurd is a legal system in this enlightened era which fails to acknowledge the overwhelming evidence of life in the womb!1 Abortion provision is not a conscience-driven service offered. It is a money-driven industry. And certainly the child in the womb is the “least of these.” If Matthew 25:33-46 teaches anything, it teaches that I will give an account for the way that I react to suffering around me.
Are you doing something good for some child this holiday season? What can you do today in behalf of the most innocent children in America who are daily being dismembered, suctioned, poisoned and stabbed to death as a result of a judicial system gone awry and a nation quickly losing its conscience? Write a letter to a Senator who will be called upon soon to sign the legislation giving even more of your tax dollars to fund the killing? Send a letter to the editor of your newspaper? Join your local chapter of the National Right to Life Association? Pray fervently for circumstances to change so that prenatal life can once again be protected in America? Can you do something…right now…today?
