It’s a historic decision coming down for these United States on Tuesday. We may be in uncharted territory when we wake up on Wednesday. If the division in our country was just about taxation, or foreign policy, that would be sad. But we may potentially elect someone to the Presidency whose campaign is foundationally built on her promise to insure “reproductive rights” to all women. “Reproductive rights ” are not the ones God gave women in Genesis 1-3. The “right” is not to reproduce, of course. It is the legal permission to abort/kill the life that is reproduction’s product. It is the “right ” to stop the beating heart. And without this “promise”, along with the promise to insure the promotion of the LGBTQ+ agenda, there’s little substance to the platform.
I hope you can take the time to listen to these two lessons. Perhaps you have already voted. You will still benefit. These are lessons that give a Biblical perspective for our American process, even two thousand years after the Word of God was given to humanity from the Holy Spirit. It’s amazing how our God has given one succinct book that’s so relevant in its application to every aspect of our lives in 2024. At no point in history has this book been more accessible and understandable. Today, we have tools that give us the exact meaning of the language in the Word. We can make decisions based on truth that we easily find for ourselves. I, Cindy Colley, can read and study and apply in all my choices.
